This is Alcohol Freedom Finders. This week we are joined by our friend Courtney, who was an average middle lane drinker when she began to question whether alcohol was still serving her, as many of you may be now. She began to realize that it didn't fit her otherwise healthy lifestyle and started to Google the usual questions. Let's hear how she became an alcohol freedom finder.
Justine Clark:I am super excited today to welcome coach Courtney Peters, Courtney. with myself, Justin Clark and Barry Condon. Courtney is a fellow coach and also tells us she's at her thousand days alcohol free today. So she truly is an alcohol freedom finder. Welcome, Courtney. Yes.
Coach Courtney Peters:Yes. Yes. Thank you for having me. I'm so glad to traveled you guys.
Barry Condon:That's brilliant. That's brilliant. So, so take us back, you know, a thousand days or, or take us back a little bit further to, to, to, to where you sort of realized that maybe alcohol wasn't, you know, all, all it was cracked up to be.
Coach Courtney Peters:Yeah. I I would say there's been chapters and the the biggest one was was when I coach. approach, So so before Covid I started with I started with coaching at the and at the end of it. a life life coaching program and I just knew that was what I was meant to do at this time. My life. Prior to that, I was a teacher, I and I have a couple kids, and so raising them as well. And the life coaching really take some time to time at yourself and how you're. you're gonna help others. And and to to, you really turn inside. and was in this I was in coach practice. um, session, session. practice coach said, oh, so what's something to Something relax? And one of my and one of my answers was flying and I heard myself say that. I'm like, okay, okay, actually it actually has a place that I that I didn't wanna have that be part of my to worry my story, my day, my methods my care, all. the all. So that So that was one of pebbles Pebbles on. I'd say. And then Covid hit and then. My sister, sister, I'm one of five and five and my older sister got had cancer, was given three, was given six six months, she was with us was 18 18 months. And so And so seeing her fight fight her life, being a piece of again, really just, you know, again, showed me what life was, is a gift. gift, truly. And then she, gave me a nudge from heaven. the next next day I researched like crazy to to figure out what this alcohol thing was all about, what coaches, like, I didn't know about this whole narrative. I. I thought go to AA AA or you're or you're an alcoholic, or somewhere like that. And that's about, no swapping, like all the things we do as coaches. coaches. I I love it. And that's so passionate about talking about it it.
Justine Clark:and coaching. Oh, I love that. I so much, I love that so. all of a sudden the doors are thrown open. So rather than walking down the stairs to, excuse me, a little basement where you, you sit in secret going, oh my God, you know, I'm, I'm so ashamed and I'm, I'm a terrible person. Instead, we're throwing the doors open and finding freedom to choose. Right. Totally. And
Coach Courtney Peters:And knowing that words matter, like, am I gonna Am I gonna say every day that I have a negative thing, like, my whole life. my whole life. is Mental attitude, so there's absolutely no way that that match. I'm like, this doesn't make any sense. But I do, I feel like around, didn't know the word anxiety. That was a another opening I didn't know that I didn't know that was a thing. I thought I was the only felt felt the day after the day after. that By By that point, at drinking. like I didn't I didn't, know, like like didn't. didn't, Yeah, relationships work in jeopardy. I got a job and I, with my life, it just this mental, I called like, you know, the the, you know, devil and the angel. The cognitive dissonance All these terms I didn't know were terms, so so in our coach training, learning about it learning about it and getting to know each other, I feel just feel like all all shared a lot of these things. okay, wait, there is Another option, there's another place. to In terms of terms of and and wellness and and and that words. really do matter. And how we tell our story to ourself matters. And so, Yeah. No. Here a thousand days.
Barry Condon:Oh, that's brilliant. I mean, yeah. Congratulations. I mean, yeah, and I, I, I was exactly the same. I thought, you know, AA was the only, you know, alternative to carrying on drinking, and that kept me there for so long. I just thought, well, I've gotta hang on because I don't want to be one of them.'cause I can't see myself as that. And, and, you know, if you stop then you'll just be looking over your shoulder and, and, and miserable and, yeah, no, it, it, it for me, you know. Understanding that actually, you know, you could look at it differently and you can, have know, have that, you know, the understanding that cognitive distance, it doesn't just mean I'm useless, sticking to what I say I'm gonna do, it's because, you know. There are things going on inside you. There are, there are subconscious choices. You know, most of your choices happen subconsciously, and you know, until you start being aware of them, then you can't, you can't relate to them. You can't, you know, reprogram them and, yeah. No, it's, it's, it's, you know, it's a wonderful, wonderful thing to, to realize that there's an, there is another way of looking at it. And just that first. You know, someone I heard someone talking about, you know, to today, like the, the first step and the first thing in, in AA is to admit you're powerless. And you think, well, well, I really didn't want to do that. I, I wanted to be able to fix this. I wanted to be able to find my way out and find freedom. And, and, so so tell us, so what, what, what was, you know, you know, what were those early days like? How, how, how, how did you actually sort of physically go from drinking drinking, you know, red wine being the thing to relax and then, you know. That not being the case?
Coach Courtney Peters:Yeah, sure. Yeah, sure. So I picked a really good time, history of history of the alcohol free products to do this because they were they were starting to come out and. it. it Really big part of my plan plan. like I pick the summer, so this is July on Cape Cod and Massachusetts was just like a beach town living. And And I'm like, if I could do it here, I can do it anywhere, first of all. First And my my biggest tool school, I help I help myself myself with. day day a day goal. And. really trying to get to that point and Trying To to moderate, which is which headache and is another headache and another for me that became a real, real, anxiety leader, fear, I would say, I would say, because I would do actually, I would do. you know, there's whatever serves people. I really Congratulate figuring that figuring that out. Love. in I I think it works for them. whatever whatever works for you. I think that's I think that's great. moderation apps, apps, that if that works for people, great. It did not work not for me. Living alcohol is so much easier than all of that. that. Tracking my drinks, figuring out which ones to have. So with all that kind of kind of lifestyle stuff just brought I just brought that alcohol. alcohol free month. Be like, okay, if I was into into that, me find something else that won't feel so like white duckling and like trying to figure this out without much. So the the products were big And then then asking the asking a question my, after my the course, 31 point, point, what what alcohol served and and is it worth is it worth? it back or should I going. going? And that's what I kept doing. And so then around day 90, day. Which is Is big another milestone in our world, but it really is a different mindset. Neural pathways are Pathways you're building. You're really getting a little bit more comfortable in this I committed I here here. and so once I so once I took all the, the table table, then I really like figure I like living this living more bit confidently, a little bit more comfortably. comfort. but yeah, but yeah, was those benchmark points and that's why it's really exciting that today's a thousand days. Because because this is like This is like my last one. big. big one.
Justine Clark:But look, a thousand days is extraordinary for someone who's drunk every day or thought about alcohol every day and how much they could have and not have it, it, we just need to sit and think about that for a minute. How many, how many Christmases is that? How many birthdays is that? How many celebrations is that? How many Friday nights? Tired? How many Saturday night going out? That's a lot, Courtney. And that's amazing.
Coach Courtney Peters:Yeah.
If you're looking to take back control of your drinking, why don't you join our Alcohol Freedom Finders 30 day group program. It's a great place to start. Because we approach it as an experiment, rather than a challenge. Whereas, as well as getting a great detox, you learn the science and the psychology about why you're drunk in the first place. So whether you want to stop altogether, or just become a more mindful and moderate drinker, why don't you give it a crack? Use the link in the show notes to sign up to our next 30 day program, and you won't regret it. Because no one ever woke up in the morning and said, I wish I'd had more to drink last night, did they? Back to the episode.
Justine Clark:what I love is that you created, what you've done in your own practice is created a framework. We need a framework for success. hour, one minute, whatever it is. Just get through that next minute, 10 minutes. I'm gonna wait 10 minutes and then I'm gonna decide again and so on. And, and, and you've built on that one minute to 1000 days. And, and also, I just wanted to say one thing about you being a health coach. I mean, the science is there. They know that, they know that alcohol destroys mitochondria. Without mitochondria, we are gonna get psoriasis of the liver. are going to, you know, the, the science is there. So health coach and drinking wine, you know, you've got that disconnect. So it, it feels to me like you have pieced together what works for you. And not only have you got to a thousand days, but you are now sharing that with, your clients. Right. Yeah.
Coach Courtney Peters:And a lot of my clients, already already alcohol free. Tried it it before before and and really, with a living world. part. Yes. living so living alcohol free. So what I did with that story is that first my first summer research. I research, I figure out, out, the space again. I was already a coach. I'm like, okay, this must be a thing, a field. And that's when I started started researching health alcohol free and what that and looks like and Programs online, offline, everything. And back then There was There was a alcohol. It still Still is, but that was a big one. Alcohol free lifestyle. I'm like, oh, that's I, that's cool. I the Lifestyle, that, but I'm gonna put living first because I don't I don't alcohol free to be my story. either. Quite frankly, Alcohol became a in my head. I didn't want I didn't wanna alcohol all all either. That's when last was born. and then Kind of kind of six months in my my first, first my first six months. That's when, to decide to coach But, and pregnant with me. But that's it's because How do we How do you feel those habits? How do we calm calm our nervous system without alcohol? Like all the. things we thought it did for us, which. which all it didn't, we all found out it doesn't do any of those things. That's where my coaching comes in. It's like how can we replace replace this to help not only what not only what we thought alcohol did, but to actually help serve person to actually feel actually feel better, routines, our systems socialize. happy. Be
Barry Condon:be happy. Brilliant. I mean, I love that that la living alcohol free laugh is, is, is, is a great tagline. You can really, you can really grab onto that. I love it.
Coach Courtney Peters:thanks.
Barry Condon:and it's so true that, that, that, the way, You've spent you, yeah. When you realize, oh, actually it's not doing all the things that it, that we thought it was doing, and actually we're not gonna be giving, you know, we think always through thoughts, you know, you've gotta give up alcohol or you can't do it anymore. And, and, you're not allowed to. And actually when you realize, you know, and that was when I went, went looking, I was like, well, okay, I've decided I'm, I, I want to stop. And I, yeah, maybe I felt like I needed to stop, but how was like, how do I make this okay? And then you go looking and you go. Oh, there's a whole different way of looking at it. Actually. This is a positive thing and it, and it's, you know, you, you, you get freedom and you get all these things back and you feel much better because you're not doing it. And so reason there's no reason to go back to it. There's no reason to miss it. And there's no reason to, to, to regret, you know, you're not missing out. And that, that's just such an, an amazing thing. And, do you have any experiences with, with clients, for example, that, that where you can sort of think, you know, you know, when you see those light bulb moments, going off for them.
Coach Courtney Peters:Totally, Totally, because I think when we're reading reading about it, watching.'cause a lot of people are watching, this, right? And right? they a break or they do something. There's a lot, I believe. believe of time prior of just being curious and interested. And then when they When they come to me, it's really not removing, You so I don't, that's what you know, that's what we talk about and like, yeah, I like I see people do it talking about like, it's switching, like the switch it, really doesn't really happen. I'm like, yes, I promise. Like if it happen, because feels so poor so of like, like, wait, I drinking, socializing now there's now talking about about. alcohol and this like Like switch happens and they realize it's not fomo, it's this stuff, this stuff, and it feels so, wow, does that wow, does that really happen and really happens. happens? when they do that So when. switch and they that, you know what, it doesn't. serve me. And so much better. That That is like like the work that is, that's the magic. And I always and I always end my post with, you're you work with the working alcohol is not. not. the only and the only way. out is taking it. a break.
Justine Clark:Yeah, for sure. And I think, you know, for me personally, my biggest fear, I dunno about yours. My biggest fear was, you know, I couldn't even address, maybe not ever drinking again. That was not even a, a thought I could possibly have, but I, I didn't even think I could. I knew I could do a month, but I didn't even entertain the thought that I could live a life without alcohol. That was not even, I couldn't even entertain that thought. I know about you. Yeah, it
Coach Courtney Peters:Yeah, it. radar because it. again, it came back to I didn't know anyone who, and I think that's why we all talk about this. I didn't know really anybody who didn't drink because it's a it's a of the choice. they had And they had drank before and they and they weren't in the alcoholic. alcoholic space. I know I mean, I know that don't drink because. reason or they're just not into it. But, people that went from To not. not, This is I think the new narrative. The new narrative, Yes. It's it's all of us talking about it, saying, you know what? We did drink. don't We don't have it necessarily now people, that's fine. But story, I was in the I was in the middle, a they say drinker, middle middle middle lane, other all these other terms. And that's basically where a lot where a lot of us are. We ran in We land in that spot. that spot. And then and then when you find come find out like. the Healthy Servings, then, then, now it's but But back when I. when I was researching researching and the all the questions Google, like hoping for the fact that I'm okay. all that is, know, you know, now the answers coming. narrative This narrative up, right? It's like, wait, you drink? right? okay. No shame in the game anymore, but let's live without it. See how that, that so that's what I love what I about this because no, I did not I. my 30 day saying, I've never never drinking absolutely, not. absolutely not. I started by saying, I want this to stop. I want this cycle to end. I I Just drink. I want, if if I want, I don't, and not call it not quality moderation, it calling it that work, had had messed with my head a little but but just just to be like oh, that in a while. And then I got to the point, And I think And I think a people say this, it could, but I but I. don't want it. I really don't. And it makes me kind of like, like feel funny about thinking about that, physically, but for me, knowing the science behind it, it, voice that it's, it the the it causes, there's there's absolutely it. it. But I. I wouldn't have known that 1,001 days ago.
Barry Condon:Right. Yeah. And I think it's, it's, it's, the focus is always traditionally and, and logically the focus is always on the behavior. And, and everyone wants to change the behavior and, and stop that, you know, whatever it is, you know, out of control or over drinking behavior, without trying to understand what's, what's driving it, why, why is alcohol, so, you know, compulsive or, you know, it's addictive. and, and. Yep. There's sort of things that we know, but we don't really think through, and we sort of think, you know, we, we, you know, logically if you think about it, yeah, alcohol is addictive and, and, and so why would it not be addictive to everybody? You know, and people, you know, why would it be just some people and, and you know, the science now bears that out, you know, and of course there'll be, you know, your situation is different and your susceptibility to, to, to what everything is and what pushes your buttons might be slightly different to other people's. But, when you start to break it down and start thinking about. The substance and the, the, the, the, the way that you, you know, your situation and, how we're marketed to and, and how sub, you know, how, how your, our culture is, is built around the drinking. Then you can start to see it, see it differently and as you'll slow it down and it suddenly starts to lose, its, its footing, it's using its power because you think, well, actually it's just another, unhealthy, compulsive, you know, unhealthy, dopamine driven, behavior or, or substance that, that, that, know, you know, you need to, need to tread carefully with. And, you know, just like, you know, a cigarette is, or, or, or cocaine might be. And, and, and, you know, any other, you know, too much sugar, too much, you know, of, of, of a lot of these things that, that are driven by dopamine.
Coach Courtney Peters:resonate with resonate with that though, because I would say I would say the year after Covid, like the like, 20, 20 21, that's when a lot of products came out that were lower alcohol, alcohol. organic wine. all I. those skinny cans we have here, it's like like White Claw and like all. This low alcohol crap that you just you just like, that into the scene. Okay, well okay, these are options. Right? And then I think about are youth youth and and look, they look. You know, it's all market as know, but it's just it's just all over the place. And how, you you know, low, can you. on marketing and I did. did I'm like, oh, I'm like, oh, that's like 0.5%. You know? You know? That's fine. so I And so I figured out the path and then, but it's it's but it's still, and and that's what I also wanna just around around is the, itself and and how, organic There's companies here in the states that, that, you know, you the are healthier And I'm like, you know, you're not, not, still wine, there's still alcohol. And that's, that's the tricky piece though, because you're, you know, coming from, from, my story, just kind of trying to figure it out, out. that was another level of, so. of figuring something out and keeping it in rather, if I did like if I, January, did when I did, I did a whole third and I did and I did that in January. Well, Well, February 1st, I just said, I just drink to celebrate that I did that rather than keep going. the difference this time, time. That's what I mean is I would ask the right questions question. of just, oh, oh, it. You know, know? more of a thoughtful way just ignoring all those products because it gets a little, a little
Justine Clark:I, I, I couldn't agree more. And what I More is. What you're is. What you're talking about that we like to do is you do the 30 days and you're still basically potentially the same person with the same beliefs. But what we do in our coaching is as the behavior changes, which you, you pause the drinking, we've got behavior change and science that comes up to meet us. So it's like, I don't know if you guys have ever swung in the Mediterranean, it's different water to anywhere in the world. You can actually step into the water slowly. Lean back and completely float suspended. So it's like no other water. It holds you completely. And that's how I see what our coaching does for our clients. The, the, the, the science and the behavior change and that understanding comes up from underneath to meet us. And we become so buoyed up that we go, holy moly, there's a, there's another way to do this. and you are free to, free to float, right?
Coach Courtney Peters:Yeah, that's good. Yeah, that's
Barry Condon:Do you say, is that really in the, in the, in the Mediterranean or do you mean the, the, the Red Sea or the, or the what is it the, no.
Justine Clark:like, I, I
Barry Condon:Okay. I've not noticed it.
Justine Clark:especially, I mean, been lucky enough to travel to Greece and Turkey. And lucky enough in the last few years to do it without, feeling anxiety and a hangover. So I, I'm noticing these things, so yeah, I just want, actually, why don't you all audience go and test your, the, the C that is nearby you this and see how, how floaty it is and if it's not that floaty, my hot tip is, hold a full breath.'cause that ear in your belly will allow you to float and, and, and, and think of us. Think of us coaches then, because that's what we are here to help you do. We are here to bore you up and help you float. So back to you, Courtney. What would you say with, what's your, you talked about having a flag in the sand. What's your flag in the sand with, with your coaching? So I think
Coach Courtney Peters:So I think my plan is self care. life so my life goes clients, I clients and my laugh everyone, I think it's so important And how and self do self care in terms of our on our own priorities and and it it like, it's it's fairly important that we think of ourselves. And I did a I ended talking of my town two too, actually. at and, and one of my exercises is take out a take out a piece of paper and write down to three to five people that you take take care of about, plan
Justine Clark:And I let them,
Coach Courtney Peters:them, you know, give em a list, right? write. And I say, And I say, are you on? list? No, I'm No, I'm. know what? I think about Think about all these people and so my goal for my clients is that they're on own time the time you work we, even just a few because that could that could be that could that could, it could be it could be observing life. we've got a lot going on on here in the States. And And how do how you en engage with news? How do you do you care for your, your peace? How do you, you know. you, know. you know, Goes for everybody, it is my clients or my grow clients and bro meets, get real outcomes by my coaching program. life coaching program And And it's carving carving ourselves. And then for folks, it's the healthy swaps, it's the making a making a plan, having our having our lives, keeping keeping our motivations going, but part of that is the self piece How does and how does that look, feel if everybody's, but that's what I that's my biggest biggest lack plan. is.
Barry Condon:Brilliant. I mean that, and that's again, that's that, that not missing out and, and, you know, doing stuff for yourself and making it a positive thing and changing, you know, then you, why you're doing it is, is it becomes more, it's much easier to run towards a better life. Than it is to sort of, to, to, to try and run away from, from, from one that, that, wasn't serving you. And
Coach Courtney Peters:then it's Good resource for not drinking, right? Because like when Because like when sugar is the fan things are are stressful, might have. that might have been our go-to. So we So we really have to have that toolkit, like ready to ready to go if things if things happen that, or, or, anything to help us through that. do that. my, my goal is have those be positive things, things that nourish us and us healthy healthy and, feel good. good. And alcohol has that little feeling for 20 minutes. That's what. what laugh clients a lot of us are used to. So to Have a. a plan Place when things aren't gonna, going to. As when things are are what? What do we do for that? for that?
Barry Condon:Yeah, really good. I think that that sort of anticipating, scenarios where a drink would be your go-to and, and, and having an idea. Okay, so. I can, I can feel that coming on, but I know, you know, I've, I've thought ahead, you know, and I'm gonna treat myself with this instead, or I'm gonna, I'm gonna take my mind off it by going for a run or doing, you know, doing something. yeah, like replacing the, the, the, the, the, the negative cycle with something, something positive. Yeah. Really good. do you have any. sort of surprising things that that happened, over the thousand days that you sort of think, you know, he, he never thought that would be possible or he never thought that might happen, or, uh📍📍📍📍📍📍Be be happy. Brilliant. I mean, I love that that la uh, living alcohol free laugh is, is, is, is a great tagline. You can really, you can really grab onto that. I love it.📍📍📍📍📍📍Be be happy. Brilliant. I mean, I love that that la uh, living alcohol free laugh is, is, is, is a great tagline. You can really, you can really grab onto that. I love it.
Coach Courtney Peters:quite frankly. For sure. I used used to, to I used to hear them about different topics. cool. oh, that's cool. And honestly, honestly, that's one of the biggest ones, telling my story in a comfortable way. I really really hard on I I worked hard on living through the shadows, working through the shadows, negative parts of alcohol. I myself. I, have a magic a magic post right now that that UK do a lot of lot lot journeys and and and still. I still, I mean, there's, life is still still there to work on and be supported on and, that was a that was a big part of this. So I, grounded in who I'm, am and. who Who I I. and what I share, because I'm not going going back. Like for me, coaching is coaching, now lower. So so course I resonate with people. Yes, of course this is still my life. course, I can bring in past to our sessions of, of, their their story. My story of course, I but I don't start with start with, know I don't, I start with the three problems that cognitive, dissonance, anxiety, and team that got me pretty in a loop a that I just didn't wanna, be on on anymore. And I and I feared this change because I didn't know that this was out. So Right. So those were like kind of like, my, landmarks. and then then now now like this still free because I don't go I don't go like you're not this. Seen me on Instagram or so much like before and after, after, like, that's not gonna, jam. I'll talk I. using words, but, you know, pictures of snapshot. you, It really was for me, you haven't, mental.
Justine Clark:seen Barry's Abs in his after shot. Courtney, maybe you would change your mind if you saw her. That's true. That's.
Coach Courtney Peters:awesome. That's fair. That's fair. That's, no, that's good. That's good. That's good. I think I think they're, that's just not my, you you know, there were dark points and I've worked through them and, you. you know, that's part of the work is Or you're gonna hold let, let go or what for me it's, you know, know, sharing with clients and and that's about it. it.
Justine Clark:love that so much. And what I, what I love most about I. people, when you go into, go to a party and you say no to a slice of cake, people go, oh yeah, she's watching a weight, or, you know, whatever. But Whatever, go and say, but. don't want to have a drink, you're somehow expected to tell some kind of. Story about why you, did you, did you lose your license? is there something wrong with you? Why don't you what you know? Oh, it's because you've got such and such a disease. Oh, I get it. They need to, need to kind of put a label about at tribute why you may have stopped, but I think, think, as I'll ask you as well. I knew, when I when I was drinking that. not to drink. That it's more than okay not to drink, and I, I don't owe anything to anybody. I don't need to drink to make them feel more comfortable and I don't need to drink to make myself feel more comfortable. What about you, Courtney? Totally.
Coach Courtney Peters:Totally. And The, narrative is changing. I just did a health and wellness fair on Saturday, Saturday, and and one woman this one woman and. I were talking and she's like, yeah, a lot of my friends have stopped drinking. I'm drinking. okay, cool. cool. Like, it's really starting to build momentum and hope that that question gets gets squashed. I'm like, oh, like, oh wait, what happened? that one, you know, that's So frustrating, but it's so real real because I I think you would ask yourself that that too, it's an, it's an exclusive members club, right? That's what it is. Yeah. it's an inclusive members club. Even better. Hmm. Inclusive? Yes.
Barry Condon:certainly that, that's the way. I wish, I wish I'd looked at it I thought of it like catching the plague, you know, the not drinking, not being allowed to drink thing. Oh my God,, I don't wanna get, don't want things to get that bad that I have to not drink. it kept me trapped for 10 years probably that I was sort of struggling with in that moderation, phase where, where I'm trying to sort of make deals with myself
Coach Courtney Peters:Mm-hmm.
Barry Condon:and waking up, Frustrated. Ashamed and, starting the day with the anxiety and, and, yeah. And just, realizing that that was all, a waste of a waste of time. It didn't need to be, you know, and so, yeah, if anybody's out there thinking, I'm struggling, I'm struggling, you know, it's not what it used to be. I used to really enjoy it. And now it's becoming. Something that I'm losing control of. Yeah. There is help. if you, resonate with, with Courtney or, or either of either Justine or us, you know, or anybody else, you know, just keep looking and, and find, a methodology and a way out and a way to freedom there's definitely, definitely hope there. So, speaking of alcohol freedom finding, have you got three words for us that, that sum up your journey to finding alcohol freedom?
Coach Courtney Peters:Yes. Yes. purpose, I. I I think because as as as coaches gives it gives us that. momentum. So when I So when I pivoted to I add left math, my coaching practice, it it just gave that than me feeling of being as a mom, right? right, of I think it should change in life. Like, Like, look at this, out to dinner for tonight. tonight. Like how cool is that? to celebrate Celebrate Mom day count? Day. Like Like, it's really exciting. purpose greater than myself. And so And came mind to alignment because I think I think alignment was is really that, you know, you know, cognitive complaints piece of being a coach, working myself, loving the health And wellness world. And it's totally fun aligned by removing out removing. alcohol, free from it. it. The alignment Alignment just feels, and. and and not that My whole IED my whole life before, but I feel but I feel stronger stronger now. And I now. in this chapter in my life, life, a I. us in their This is this is a nice time a nice time to feel that, as we as we evolve and And go into this this, that so that feels awesome. And then is my third part. third word.
